1. Sanctions and restricted parties
The Service is not available to anyone located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of a country or territory subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, or to any person or entity on a restricted-party list maintained by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom or other applicable authority.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are not such a person and that you will not use the Service on their behalf.
2. Export-control laws
The Service and exported code may be subject to export-control and import laws, including restrictions on software, technical data and encryption. You must comply with all applicable laws and obtain any required licences or approvals before using, exporting, re-exporting or transferring the Service, exported code or related technical information.
3. Prohibited end uses
You may not use the Service or exported code for:
- Weapons of mass destruction, nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, or missile technology.
- Military, defence or surveillance applications that violate applicable export controls or human-rights law.
- Terrorism, organised crime, trafficking, or the circumvention of sanctions.
- Any end use prohibited by the laws of your country, the country where the Service is provided, or the destination of your app.
4. App-store and platform rules
Apps you export or publish must comply with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, Google Play policies and the rules of any other platform you use. App stores may reject, remove or restrict apps for legal, content, privacy, payment or technical reasons. AppMaker does not control and is not responsible for those decisions.
5. Flutter, third-party code and trademarks
Exported projects may include Flutter and other open-source packages, each governed by its own licence. You are responsible for reviewing those licences (including attribution, copyleft and commercial-use terms) before distributing your app. Flutter is a trademark of Google LLC.
AppMaker is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by FlutterFlow, Google, Apple or Supabase. Do not use those names or logos in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership.
6. AI-generated content
AI-generated code, text and designs may reproduce or resemble third-party material. You must review outputs for accuracy, licensing and legal risk before publishing. You may not use AI features to create prohibited content, malware or material that infringes rights.
7. Reporting violations
If you believe an AppMaker user or app violates sanctions, export controls or these restrictions, contact [email protected] with details. We may suspend or terminate access and report conduct to the relevant authorities where required.
