Promotions Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These terms apply to discounts, coupon codes, credits, launch offers, referral programs, beta offers and other promotional pricing offered by AppMaker ("Promotions"). A Promotion may have additional terms on the offer page; if those terms conflict with this page, the offer page controls for that Promotion.

2. Eligibility

• Promotions are available only to customers who meet the stated eligibility criteria and are not available where prohibited by law.
• Unless stated otherwise, offers are limited to one per customer, organisation and payment method, and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Promotions are generally for new subscribers and may not be applied retroactively to past charges or renewals.
• We may require account verification and may decline or reverse a Promotion if eligibility is not met.

3. Annual-plan savings

The "Save 20%" annual option compares the yearly price with twelve monthly payments at the then-current monthly list price. For example, Pro is US$5 per month (US$60 per year) and US$48 per year annually; Business is US$25 per month (US$300 per year) and US$240 per year annually. Savings are approximate and may change when list prices change.

4. How Promotions are applied

Discounts may be applied automatically at checkout or through a code entered in Stripe Checkout. Unless the offer says otherwise, a discount applies only to the initial subscription term and does not reduce taxes or third-party fees.

5. Renewal pricing

Unless expressly stated as a lifetime or multi-term discount, Promotions apply only for the period described in the offer. After that period, the subscription renews at the then-current list price. You can cancel before renewal to avoid the higher price, subject to our Cancellation Policy.

6. No cash value and no transfer

Promotions and credits have no cash value, are not refundable or exchangeable for cash, and may not be sold, transferred or shared except as expressly permitted by the offer. Credits may expire on the date stated in the offer.

7. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees associated with a Promotion or discounted purchase, except where we are required to collect them. Discounts are applied before tax unless the offer states otherwise.

8. Abuse and fraud

We may void a Promotion, charge the undiscounted price, or suspend an account if we reasonably believe a Promotion was obtained or used through fraud, multiple accounts, false information, resale, automated code guessing or a violation of these terms.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or end a Promotion at any time, but we will honour an active Promotion for its stated term unless fraud or abuse is involved. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
